- All log prices subject to change with the timber market. (Source - dnr.wa.gov / fritchmill.com / inlandforest.com/log-prices )
- All logs scaled in Scribner.
- All logs under 11 inches, containing defects, excessive knots over 3 inches, excessive sweep, etc, will be priced as pulp.
- All logs must be 12 feet or over.
- Preferred lengths 16ft, 20ft, 24ft, 32ft, 40ft.
- One-time W9 must be submitted to the office for all parties receiving payment. Checks mail out bi-weekly on Wednesdays.
- Logs will be scaled at the millsite once delivered, a copy of the detailed scale sheet will be given to the seller for review.
- Trucking will either be paid for by the seller, or can be deducted from the total of timber and paid by Teanaway Millworks. (Which would also require a W9 by the hauling party.)
