This structural kit showcases the absolute best use of our locally-sourced timber. Developed in partnership with Trace Design and Foundry Structural, the ESMERALDA is an ideal design solution for a studio, office, cabin, or Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU).

Your complete kit includes the timber frame, T&G roof sheathing and floor decking, and all necessary hardware. Optional upgrades—such as loft, roof overframing, wall sheathing, and siding packages—are also available to customize your build.
