It is our mission to fill a fundamental need by providing building products in a low-impact, local operation. Our vintage sawmill equipment allows us to create traditional rough-sawn boards and beams to match existing profiles and dimensions. Our goal is to help you save and maintain existing structures, unique to our local community.
Locally Sourced Logs
We buy local Douglas Fir and Ponderosa Pine logs from within the Kittitas county, private and public lands. These logs are strategically harvested by local foresters to minimize waste and maximize forest health. We ensure this lumber can meet its highest possible use and close the loop on waste.
Teanaway Valley
We are deeply grateful to be located in the beautiful Teanaway Valley. This area has been integral to sawmilling since early settlement. For the last 40 years, our mill has been in operation as Conner Custom Lumber. We are the last remaining local sawmill in the region.
